I was so sick of the night sweats keeping me awake all night. Living in the tropics the hot flushes were becoming too much and I wasn’t coping well.

I can honestly say I haven’t looked back since starting Vitality. It has helped me tremendously with my hot flushes and night sweats. I have found my moods are much better and overall I feel great. Lots of energy I didn’t have before and a general healthy feel within myself.
