Please note that the information our advisory staff collect maybe shared amongst them to ensure that the best possible quality of advice is provided to you.

Who Do We Share Your Information With?

We will often need to pass personal information details such as your name and address to companies who perform parts of our service delivery. This includes the couriers who safely deliver our products to you. Also, subscribers to our HEALTH eNewsletter will have their name and email address held by the organisation who support the development of our newsletter, otherwise this service could not be provided to you. It is anticipated that no other third party will get access to your personal information. If we do see a need to share your information with another third party, we will not do so unless we have your consent or we feel you would reasonably expect us to use the information for a secondary purpose.

Under What Circumstances Will We Contact You?

If you have elected to, you will receive an email confirming placement of your order. Also, if your order does not contain enough information (e.g. address details) for us to complete your order, one of our customer service representatives will contact you.
