When ordering products from this website you accept all responsibility for selecting a product that is suitable for your purpose.
When you order from us, we require you to provide accurate and up-to-date information including your name, delivery address, email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care of this information. However in providing us with such information you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to error in transmission or virus or malware.
Once you have submitted an order, you may not cancel that order even if our acceptance or rejection of your offer is still pending.
Any order placed by you in the manner described on this website is an offer by you to purchase a particular product(s) at the advertised price (including delivery costs and any other charges), as specified on this website at the time you place your order.
Orders are only accepted online and while stock lasts. You acknowledge that, by placing your order, you are agreeing to pay for and accept delivery of the goods ordered.
There is a transaction limit of $250.00 per order. This limit may change from time to time without notice to you.
For the avoidance of doubt, the sale of products or their delivery shall not be construed or interpreted as creating any agency relationship between Lifestyle Nutrition Australia Pty Ltd and any person. In Australia and in all other countries, we reserve the right to limit sales, including the right to prohibit sales to re-sellers. Goods sold on this website are for personal use only.
We may change the prices published on this website at any time. Prices of products placed in the ‘shopping cart’ but not paid for are also subject to change and you agree to pay the price current at the time of payment.
We may require additional verification or information before accepting any order. Such verification will be determined by us.
We undertake to accept or reject your order within 3 days. If we have not responded to you within 3 days, your offer is deemed to have been rejected. We are not required to give reasons for rejecting your order, however the most likely reason for rejecting your order will be that we do not currently have that product in stock.
Payments to Lifestyle Nutrition Australia Pty Ltd can be made by Visa, Mastercard and PayPal only. Unless otherwise specified, the price payable for products ordered is the price specified on this website.
All additional charges are payable by the customer in addition to the purchase price of the Goods.
Each purchase will be shipped as a separate order and cannot be combined. Whenever possible in Australia, Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane orders will usually be delivered within 5 days of ordering. Adelaide, Hobart, Perth and all regional areas within approximately 10 days. The times quoted for delivery are estimates only and Lifestyle Nutrition Australia Pty Ltd accepts no liability for failure or delay in delivery of goods. You are not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for goods by reason of any delay in delivery.
All deliveries are made Monday to Friday via Australia Post. You have the option to authorise Australia Post to leave your package at the delivery address by ticking the ‘authority to leave‘ box during checkout. There are no weekend deliveries.
Goods may be delivered by instalments and at the discretion of Lifestyle Nutrition Australia.
No overseas orders will be accepted.
We do not accept returns for you simply changing your mind after purchase. The return of goods will not be accepted by Lifestyle Nutrition Australia Pty Ltd except by our prior agreement in writing.
We undertake to replace you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us through our designated “contact us” web page where we set out our requirements relating to return of such goods. We may request that you provide us with a picture of the damaged goods. If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit/debit card or PayPal account for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
All refund payments will be processed in Australian dollars. We will not be held liable for any difference in the value of the refund against the initial purchase price in the final currency you used to purchase the goods. We will not be liable to refund any fees or charges you incurred from your credit/debit card provider or PayPal account for your initial purchase. We will also not be liable for any costs incurred by you for importing the products into countries outside of Australia.
If you have purchased products via our website (bodycarenutrition.com.au) and wish to return them for a refund (as agreed to in writing), you will be responsible for paying the postage/courier costs associated with that return.
Despite the above, nothing in these Terms of Purchase alter any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you retain proof of purchase of the products purchased from our website, if you are looking to return your goods. To request a return or a refund, please email contact@BodyCareNutrition.com.au. Please include your BodyCare Nutrition order number which was emailed to you upon processing your order. In addition to any returned product we require the original proof of purchase to validate the transaction.
Title And Risk
Legal title to all products purchased on this website passes transfers to you once we receive your payment. By purchasing your goods, you agree that the relevant product sale is taken to have occurred and the sales contract formed is in New South Wales, Australia and is governed by the laws of New South Wales, notwithstanding the location in which you reside or are located at the time you place your order or make your payment.
All risk of damage or loss of the products passes to you, when we despatch the goods.

We strive to ensure that all contents (including product descriptions and prices) are described as accurately as possible on our website. However we do not warrant their accuracy.
